About Matthew Tredwell
Matthew, commenced his career in construction with an international management contractor, initially working within the surveying department on prestigious projects in Canary Wharf London
.
To avoid specialisation in a single facet of the construction industry, Matthew continued his career progression as a commercial director with a national contractor, eventually joining Bison in 1992, where he quickly progressed to managing the surveying and sub-contract procurement departments.
In 2000, Matthew was invited onto the board of directors in the capacity of Commercial Director, and in 2008 became Managing Director and equity partner in the business.
2010, 19sixty7 was formed on a small scale but was to be incorporated as a limited company in 2016 as rapid growth and customer satisfaction word spread through out his growing network of clients.
Matthew saw an opening in the market place to perform a full turn key solution for discerning clients, bringing to them the highest standard of workmanship, project management and materials to deliver projects "beyond their Expectation".
Matthew has built up extensive experience in all sectors of the industry, and maintains a significant involvement in the pre-contract evolution of High end residential private housing schemes; predominantly in London and home counties.
He maintains a keen interest in every project with which 19sixty7 are associated with particular focus on client satisfaction and quality of construction.
Matthew has been a significant contributor to the 19sixty7 vision; to become a contemporary, forward thinking and energetic modern contractor in an industry that is experiencing its greatest change for decades. He has a significant understanding and passion for modern technologies and sustainable construction.
Development as director has seen him openly bring exciting projects to new LLP's to which have considered London & home counties living as a permanent home or simply a place to rest whilst on international business.
